The Mr. said he'd call me around 9:30am to see if the guy is here and that I am to call him before I leave or the police will be called! He gave me the guy's name that's coming by (Rovington?? is that a real name or a screenname from "To Catch a Predator"?!) Marshall even offered his services if I find myself in a situation where I'm being attacked (somewhere during this situation, I must find the ability to dial Marshall).
The Mr. finished up setting up the countertops and dishwasher last night so that the countertop folks could properly measure the space. He installed the end piece (that sits on the other side of the dishwasher) and cut away more pieces of the floor. So here is where we are as of this morning:

Dishwashwer... sweet dishwasher...
And here is a shot of the base cabinets and some other cabinets. I have determined while its still a shade off, it miraculously matches the other cabinets. The lazy susan just happens to be darker than all of the cabinets (or I could just be fooling myself because I just want my kitchen to be put back together):

The Mr. had made a makeshift sink area for me in the basement with the utility sink (I think I probably would have DIED without this):

He's so clever. Things like this make me remember why I married him. Ha! Kidding, honey. I married you for your HUGE penis.
So while The Mr. was working hard to finish up the kitchen, I watched He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not. I have to just say that I *love* Audrey Tautou. I love her so much that the name "Audrey" is on my potential baby names spreadsheet. The movie is fabulous although be warned, its a french flick so its subtitled (and that is the reason why I watched it without The Mr.).
And lastly - we picked up our final wedding albums this past weekend (so Traci and Meghan - if you want to see it, ask The Mr. to bring it into the office tomorrow). We also got ALL (and I mean ALL) of the digital pics on CD. I'm kind of a slacker with posting pictures but I'm going to try to post a few after each post. So enjoy!
I loved this makeup artist (Nicole Palermo). She was so bubbly and cute. And do you see my before? Look at my chinky eyes. Ack!
What a difference makeup makes! And look at my fabulous eyelashes. LOOK AT THEM!
Theresa is getting prepped too...
Our fabulous matching flip-flops (thanks, Theresa!)

Wow...the Mr is handy AND has a huge penis!! You're a lucky girl!! (as if I didn't already know) :)
I think the kitchen looks great. You can't really tell that the cabinets are a differnt shade from the pics.
You have beautiful eyes!! Don't try to hide or be ashamed of what makes you different...embrace your differences, they make you special!! (sorry, I think I just invoked the sprit of Mr. Rogers)
Can I tell you how happy I am that the digital photos don't have the photog's watermark all over them!! Yay!!! Traci/Meghan...you won't be disappointed, the album is amazing!!
ok, so i rescind my earlier comment posting about the cabinet being a noticeably different shade than the surrounding cabinets. it had to have been the camera because you can't even tell that it doesn't match! good job!
::gives himself 40 lashes::
