Nervous Nelly

Today is the first day of grad school classes. Eeck! I am so nervous. I may have over packed stuff this morning (I have to go there straight from work) because I didn't want to risk (1) discomfort or (2) lack of school related things. Seriously though - I feel like a huge tool because I haven't been in school in 5 years. 5. That's a lot of years. The campus has changed and I'm not really that into Information Systems. Wish me luck!

On another note... I have a shopping problem. If I could, I'd buy lots of things everyday. Unfortunately, I can't. I've got living expenses to pay and a husband. Boo! So, I obsessively look online for stuff. I have found some great and random websites recently for fun stuff but always seem to spend the most time looking at J.Crew's sale page.

I had previously added 3 dresses to my shopping bag. Then J. Crew announced some fab weekend sale where all sale merchandise was an additional 20% off. Whoo hoo! But I still hesitated. Maybe it was the guilt I was feeling for spending all this money on clothes when we're in the middle of home renovations... I'm not sure but I missed my chance on the dresses. They sold out of my size.

You can imagine my surprise when I looked at J.Crew's sale page this morning and saw 2 of the dresses back on the site IN MY SIZE. Is J.Crew running a scam? Anywho - I need opinions. What do you think of these:

Its on sale for $29.99

On sale for $39.99. This is a potential wedding guest dress for the wedding I'm going to in Puerto Rico in November.

Help me! I'm so indecisive sometimes. I think I just seek reassurance that (1) its a great deal that I really shouldn't pass up (2) its not THAT much money and yet its so worth it and (3) I don't have a shopping problem.

I think the second dress is really cute. The first one is nice too, and for $29 I'd probably buy it too.

1) They really are good deals, you have a potential use for dress #2 already and to get a dress for a wedding for $39 is a steal. The first dress doesn't have a purpose so it's an impulse buy...you can probably let that one go.
2) In the scheme of things the dresses aren't that expensive, but only you and the Mr know your financial situation though
3) Yes...you have a shopping problem! Hahaha...I have the same problem, when I get stressed or bored at work I go to Banana Republic's webpage and buy stuff I don't need...it's an addiction.
