Fun Day Field Trip

This weekend was Dollar Days in Baltimore. This is a promotion that takes place nearly every winter to get people to visit the museums and sites of Charm City. Since we hadn't seen Theresa in awhile, we decided to hit up the Baltimore Museum of Industry on Saturday and oh what a fun day it was. And it was only $1!

I smell a picture post...

Don't git pox, git pie! I had no idea what this meant. But it was a little frightening. I think this advertising slogan was meant to instill fear into people so they'd buy pie. If my choice was between getting pox or pie, I'd probably get the pie.

Theresa showcasing that she really needs to open a bakery.

Some of my favorite war bond signs.

Old people warm my heart. I wanted to hug this volunteer demonstrating the printing press. He printed us a copy of the Star Spangled Banner.

Fun in the sheet metal exhibition.

Now onto the random stuff we just thought made for an interesting picture.

It is a shame that we all know you didn't hug the volunteer... and if you did it would have been strange and robotic.
