Confessions of a Closet Woo Girl

What is a woo girl, you ask? According to Urban Dictionary, it is:

a female who is often found going 'WOOOOOO!' in public. This behaviour is most often exhibited while in the presence of other woo-girls. It is speculated that this is a mating call used to attract men of less than average intelligence. This behaviour can most easily be observed in bar districts, at maroon 5 concerts, or spring break destinations. Also, woo-girls are known to have an affinity for chads.

I don't kow about that whole Chad thing, but their other definition was on the money for me:

A girl who shakes her ass and goes "woooo" when she gets a drop of alcohol in her

For anyone that watches How I Met Your Mother will recall that they recently did an episode on Woo Girls. It was hilarious and sadly, it was something that I could relate to because...

Yes, I am a woo girl. Although I'm not single or trying to attract men anymore - it's just something I can't shake out of my system. Give me a drink and I assure you that I'll be woo-ing all night. I have tons of photographic evidence of my woo-iness but here is some proof (just within the last couple of months!)

I can't keep my f'n mouth shut! I'm too busy woo-ing and yelling things like, "hey bitches!" or "what's up slut muscle?!"

Ugh. Please don't judge me. I'm working on it.

So needless to say, my 10-year reunion totally brought the woo girl out in me. I decided early on that it was just to taxing to talk to people I haven't seen in 10 years so I spent most of the time chatting (or woo-ing) with people I see semi-regularly. And I woo'ed and shook my ass and even took my shoes off.
