Fire and Rescur Capt. Scott Thompson of Lincoln, Neb., rescues a dog from a burned house on Wednesday, Nov. 12. Everyone from the home escaped safely.
I'm such a nerd. I totally got choked up. Look at that dog's face!
And whoo hoo - I'm off of work for the rest of the week. I'll probably spend tomorrow doing super cool things like my e-commerce project and uploading pictures of me and my pals from high school (since I need to blog about my upcoming reunion).

I hate you. Off the rest of the week! I only get Thursday off, that's it. I'm like the only person in the country working on friday.
My first thought: hot firefighter rescuing poor, sad doggie.
Second thought: Oh, sad doggie.
Then I got choked up.
Usually it doesn't happen that way. I think it has something to do with my period.
he looks SO scared - thank god the fireman saved him (and the people of course, but at least the people knew what was going on and could help themselves!)
